Q1: What if my flight/airplane arrives early or late as scheduled?
It does not matter whether your flight arrives early or late; only the provided flight number should be correct. We regularly update our chauffeurs about the arrival and departure times and immediately intimate changes to them, so they are present on the airport whenever your flight arrives.
Q2: How much time do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Airport Transfer Reservation?
Capital Limo Service provides you with 15 minutes (30 minutes for Intl. Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 15 minutes (30 minutes for Intl. Arrivals) of your plane landing, we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation
Q3: May I ask the chauffeur to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport?
Our Airport Transfer rates are based on point to point transfer and moreover your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for your expediency. If, you prefer to use a specific route; our hourly rates and minimums including the applicable fees/taxes and gratuity will apply.
Q4: Is the Limousine bar stocked with beverages?
No, the bars are not stocked; however, glasses and ice can be provided depending on your request and reservation. But additional prices are charged for accommodating such requests.
Q5: May I smoke during ride?
No, Smoking is prohibited.
Q6: Where do I meet my Chauffeur for pick-up?
Pick-up location varies depending upon your area. Airport pick-up locations are listed on the Rates Page .All the other pick-up locations are confirmed during reservation placement.
Q7: What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are accepted at phone only. You will be charged in fully; if you fail to cancel your reservation 24 hrs before your pick up time.
Q8: What is your Change Policy?
Capital Limo Services requires you to intimate all the changes by making a phone call and that too at least 3 hrs prior to your pick-up.
Q9: When will my credit card be charged?
Capital Limo Service will charge your credit card at the time of reservation.
Q10: Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that was provided when I made the reservation?
Owing to the safety reasons, Capital Limo’s chauffeurs do not carry cash and more over you are required to provide your credit card for imprint, as all the charges; including gratuities are billed only to your credit card or corporate account. All Rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, addl. stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in half an hour (1 hour for Buses/Coaches) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
Q11: Is it possible to place, change or cancel the reservation with my Chauffeur?
Capital Limo Service requires that all changes, confirmations and cancellations should be reported to our dispatch center at 703-473-5466 .
Q12: If make reservation for 8 hours, but after pick-up I realize that I require your services for lesser time will I be charged for the full 8 hours?
Yes, you will be charged for the full 8 hrs as hourly orders are billed according to the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in half an hour (1 hour for Buses/Coaches) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
Q13: How far in advance should I make my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you to make your reservation as soon as you get your traveling time and dates confirmed.
